Auto Part Warranties

How to Warranty Auto Parts:

  • If the auto part is still covered by the warranty policy (below), bring a copy of the sales receipt.
  • A copy of the sales receipt is required as proof of date and brand of auto part purchased.
  • If the auto part is already removed, bring the defective auto part with you along with the original receipt for exchange.
  • If the auto part has not been removed from the vehicle, you will need to pay for the auto part up front including any core charges and applicable sales tax. When you return the auto part for a refund, you must bring both the original and warranty part purchase receipt, as well as the defective part returned in the replacement auto part’s packaging.
